Ingredients
4 80/20 Beef Burger Patties (about 1 1/2 pounds)
3 Romaine Hearts, halved lengthwise
1/2 cup Thousand Island Dressing and Dip
1 cup halved Cherry Tomatoes
French Fried Onions, a handful for topping
Directions
  1. Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat.
  2. Spray both sides of patties and cut sides of romaine with cooking spray.
  3. Place patties and romaine, cut side down, on hot grill rack; cover and cook patties 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°, and cook romaine 1 minute or until lightly charred.
  4. Transfer romaine to cutting board; coarsely chop and cool.
  5. In large bowl, toss romaine and dressing; serve topped with tomatoes, onions and burgers.

Makes about 12 cups.
